Magneti Marelli’s first sustainability workshop was held at the Fiat Training Centre in Turin. The workshop, which lasted an entire day, featured the participation of 45 people, including the Chief Executive Officer, Eugenio Razelli and the Human Resources Magneti Marelli, Fabrizio Milone. The members of Magneti Marelli’s Sustainability Committee were also present, along with the Sustainability representatives of each Business Line and experts from the various company functions, from Research and Development to Purchasing, from Production to Finance.
The topics of the workshop included Fiat’s and Magneti Marelli’s sustainability strategy, with special focus on the objectives and on the tools, best practices and governance methods to be adopted in order to achieve them. During the second half of the day, the workshop participants put together a “map” of the projects currently underway and of the criteria used to evaluate them. Afterwards, they evaluated these projects from the standpoint of their impact and transferability.
