Seat Arona and Leon in production at the Algerian plant
Seat's globalization strategy continues and is starting to strengthen significantly outside Europe.
The Spanish company has in fact started production of Arona and Leon at the Algerian factory in Relizane, managed jointly by the Volkswagen Group and Sovac, the Group's official importer in the North African market.
The plant was inaugurated about a year ago and assembles Ibiza from the beginning of its activities.
The model contributed to the consolidation of Seat in Algeria, where the half-year sales grew to 11,400 units.
