Porsche acquires 10% share of the Croatian Rimac
Porsche AG announces that it acquired a 10% stake in Rimac Automobili, a Croatian company founded in Zagreb in 2009 and specializing in advanced technologies and electric sports model.
A strategic choice therefore, that of the German company, engaged in the gradual electrification of the range, like all the Volkswagen Group.
Rimac premiered at the Geneva Motor Show in March the latest version of the C Two electric hypercar, a two-seater of about 2,000 hp, capable of reaching a top speed of 412 km/h and with a range of up to 650 km.
The car has evidently conquered Porsche who signed the agreement with the founder of Rimac, Mate Rimac, in the person of the finance chief, Lutz Meschke.
