Next goal for Maruti Suzuki, 3 million units by 2025
Maruti Suzuki further raises the bar of its production and after recently announced the target to grow to 2.5 million units by 2020 now advances the goal to still climb up to 3 million units assembled per year by 2025.
In particular, the company will exploit the expected strong growth of the new plant in Hansalpur, in the Indian region of Gujarat, managed independently by Suzuki, but the Manesar and Gurgaon factories will also benefit of this project.
The new target has been advanced to shareholders by the Chairman, R.C. Bhargava.
