Ignis in India: 5.000 units sold in just 18 days
The new Maruti Suzuki Ignis began in the best way its career in India.
Just 18 days after the start of sales, the car was in fact already purchased nearly by 5,000 local consumers (4,830 to be precise) and promises to play a key role in the objective of the Indo-Japanese carmaker to return above the threshold of 50% market share in the emerging Asian market.
The Indian success of Ignis is also testified by the fact that, even before the launch, it had been booked by 6,000 customers, 15,000 immediately after the debut.
It said that the waiting time to get the model is approximately 3 months and the new Ignis is challenging Hyundai Grand i10 and Mahindra KUV100.
