Honda will meet target of 100,000 units sold in Malaysia
Honda is on the right track to meet the goal of increasing its sales in Malaysia to 100,000 units in 2017.
The Japanese carmaker has already met 35% of the target in the first four months with a total of 34,500 units sold (+ 40% over the same period last year), confirming the second position among the active manufacturers in the emerging market of Southeast Asia.
The upward trend of Honda in Malaysia is driven in particular by the seven seats BR-V SUV and the renewed City, but a great contribution also comes from the tenth generation of the Civic.
In the light of the brilliant sales results, Honda will also increase production rates.
