GM to launch 20 new models in Mercosur within 4 years
Through its Chevrolet brand, the General Motors Group will launch 20 new or renewed models in the emerging Mercosur regions over the next four years.
This will cover virtually all market segments, even those where the carmaker is currently absent.
Of the 20 new products, 13 will be built in Brazil, 2 in Argentina and 5 imported, but GM will also introduce new engines and new transmissions in the area.
GM currently offers 15 cars in Brazil, including the 5-7 seater Spin minivan, the Camaro in coupe and cabrio variant and the Traiblazer.
Among the new entries of the Group coming soon, there will certainly be also the Chevrolet Bolt EV.
