Fiat celebrates with a special series the 500 Spiaggina 1958
Yesterday, 4 July, it was celebrated both the 61st birthday of the 500 and the 60th anniversary of the famous 500 Jolly Spiaggina, the first special series of the legendary "cinquino" and symbol of the "Dolce Vita".
To celebrate this double anniversary, Fiat unveiled the new 500 "Spiaggina 58", an exclusive special series embellished with refined design elements and a rich standard equipment.
The car is a real cult, it was created in a limited edition of 1,958 units and represents the second tribute signed by Fiat with a suggestive film that flies on the notes of "Nel blu dipinto di blu", the legendary song sung by Domenico Modugno at the Sanremo Festival right in 1958.
For the occasion, the creative hub of Garage Italia by Lapo Elkann and the Pininfarina atelier have also made their own tribute on a 500C basis, the fascinating showcar "Spiaggina by Garage Italia" that offers unique and refined solutions that can reinterpret in a modern way the spirit of those years.
