BMW leader in the US premium segment in March
For the first time since the beginning of 2017, BMW won the premium leadership in the US market.
The Bavarian carmaker, thanks to the push of the X3 and X5 SAV, has passed its archrival Mercedes of about 1,900 units in the single March.
This result has enabled BMW to reduce the gap that still separates it from Mercedes in the first quarter.
The local division of BMW is also optimistic about the trend of sales in the coming months confident to take advantage of the introduction of two new versions of the 5 Series, whose orders are considered solid.
From January to March, as mentioned, the leadership remains to Mercedes just ahead of BMW, while Lexus and Audi are much more detached.
Globally, the challenge between BMW and Mercedes will be exciting.
