BMW to launch the ReachNow car sharing service in China
The BMW Group, thanks to the partnership signed with the local company Evcard, has officially launched the ReachNow car sharing service in China at the city of Chengdu under the banner "ReachNow Powered by Evcard".
It is the debut not only in China, but all over the Asian continent.
By 2018, 25 rapid recharge stations will be installed in Chengdu, particularly in commercial and premium residential areas, which will take care of charging an i3 electric fleet.
The Car sharing by BMW is already known from 2011 in Europe with DriveNow in partnership with Sixt, while ReachNow is already operating in the US.
