BMW Italia among the most attractive companies for workers in 2018
The results of some important researches on the reputation of employers have been recently published, aimed at identifying the places where work is best done and measuring the attractiveness of companies in the students approaching the world of work.
The Italian subsidiary of BMW occupies prestigious positions in the various classifications. Every year Universum carries out a survey that collects the opinion of students who are preparing to look for work, to determine which companies are most considered and which factors influence these decisions.
In the 2018 edition BMW Italia was ranked in the 15th place among the most desired companies by Engineering students and 23rd by those in Economics, occupying respectively the third and fourth place among companies in the automotive sector.
A similar result emerged from the "Best Job" ranking drawn up by the Itqf German Quality Institute which, in a study presented with "La Repubblica/Affari Finanza", credits BMW Italia with 10th place among the most popular companies, analyzing the opinions exchanged on the web, not only for the economic conditions, but also for the corporate welfare policies and the career opportunities it offers.
BMW Italia is also in the top ten among the automotive companies and at the 37th absolute position also in the ranking of companies where work is better in Italy, carried out by the independent German research institute Statista and published by the weekly magazine Panorama, compiled by interviewing the employees of the 400 main Italian companies.
To further demonstrate the commitment of BMW in the management of human resources, in the enhancement of employees and in the attention to the conditions and the work environment, the recognition of "Le Fonti Awards", which awarded Marco Bergossi as Director of Human Resources of the year 2018 for the foresight in proposing inclusion policies and corporate social responsibility, as well as for the smart working activities and approaching of young talents within the company and for becoming a reference point for the human resources sector throughout the territory, not just national.
